Mosaic Prosthodontics and Esthetic Dentistry was founded on the idea that high-quality, detail-oriented dental care should be accessible and affordable for as many patients as possible. With only about 3,500 prosthodontists practicing in the United States, Dr. Azarnoush is considered one of the rarer specialists in dentistry. His comprehensive training and knowledge allow him to be the “architect” of a dental treatment plan, as he often collaborates with general dentists, other dental specialists, and health professionals to develop solutions for dental and oral health concerns for his patients. Dr. Azarnoush further stands out among his colleagues with his successful completion of the rigorous four part Prosthodontic Board Examination, earning the Diplomat status. There are only 1400 prosthodontists in the world with this title, and Dr. Azarnoush is proud to be one of them.
Meet Your Cedar Park Prosthodontist,
Dr. Kaveh Azarnoush, M.S. F.A.C.P.
Dr. Azarnoush completed his dental training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2009, after which he completed a one-year post-graduate Advanced General Dentistry program. Being a native Austinite, he and his wife, Dr. Emily Conley, moved back to the capital city to be closer to family. In 2012, they bought what is now Mosaic Dentistry in Cedar Park, and Dr. Azarnoush practiced as a general dentist there for five years.
In 2017, Dr. Azarnoush was accepted to a three-year Graduate Prosthodontic Program at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, where he earned his Certificate in Graduate Prosthodontics and Master of Science degree. In 2021, he became one of the few Board-Certified Prosthodontists in the country, and he is a diplomat of the American Board of Prosthodontics as well.
Dr. Azarnoush enjoys trying new restaurants with his wife, working out, and spending time with their daughter, Darya. He is committed to lifelong learning and regularly attends various local and national continuing education courses to ensure he is current on the latest dental advancements. Dr. Azarnoush holds memberships in the American College of Prosthodontics, The American Board of Prosthodontics, The American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Capital Area Dental Association.

History of
Mosaic Prosthodontics and Esthetic Dentistry
After Dr. Azarnoush completed the Graduate Prosthodontic program, Mosaic Prosthodontics and Esthetic Dentistry was formed in 2021. This new, specialized practice was built upon the strong foundation of Mosaic Dentistry, a general dental practice that Dr. Azarnoush and his wife, Dr. Conley, had already established. Anchored in the five core values of trust, freedom, family, faith, and growth, our practice uses these principles as a guide for how we treat each other and our patients.
The general practice of Mosaic Dentistry had humble beginnings, with a team of three sharing a vision of an unmatched patient experience, commitment to excellence, and team-centric service. This vision still remains a common thread in what is now Mosaic Prosthodontics and Esthetic Dentistry, and we are beyond grateful for those patients who choose to be a part of our family.
